1. About iConsent

5. AI-Generated Content

Certain features use artificial intelligence to assist in drafting agreements.

AI-generated content:

  • Is provided for informational purposes.
  • May contain inaccuracies.
  • Should be reviewed before signing.
  • Does not constitute legal advice.

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all agreement content.

6. Electronic Signatures

By signing electronically through iConsent, users acknowledge that:

  • They intend to sign the agreement.
  • Their electronic signature represents their consent.
  • Their signature may have legal effect depending on applicable law.

iConsent records supporting evidence including timestamps, audit logs, and document integrity records to help preserve the integrity of completed agreements.

7. Audit Trail

To improve trust and accountability, iConsent maintains an audit trail that may include:

  • Agreement creation
  • Agreement edits
  • Viewing activity
  • Signature events
  • Device information
  • IP address
  • Precise device location (GPS) attached to a signature, where you permit it (optional)
  • Security events
  • Document integrity verification

Audit information may be retained after account deletion where necessary to preserve completed agreements or comply with legal obligations.

8. Subscription Plans

Certain features require an active subscription.

Subscription pricing is displayed within the application and may vary by region or applicable taxes.

9. Billing

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the respective platform.

Payments are billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

10. Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled through:

  • Google Play

Deleting your iConsent account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Users remain responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform where the purchase was made.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the policies of:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

iConsent cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google unless required by applicable law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Commit fraud.
  • Forge signatures.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with the Services.
  • Reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Agreements

You may not use iConsent to facilitate agreements involving unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Criminal conduct
  • Human trafficking
  • Exploitation
  • Fraud
  • Illegal financial schemes
  • Distribution of illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in unlawful activity.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights in the iConsent platform, including software, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, and documentation, remain the property of iConsent or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

15. Privacy

16. Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

18. Limitation of Liability
